· When paying by mail, for electronic confirmation of your entry, email the names of your team members to golfmaster@fop157.net and I will respond as soon as possible.

· To pay electronically, go to the online registration page. You will need to email your team members’ names, and you will be able to pay using Paypal.  All golfers whose fees are paid online are automatically entered into a $50 cash drawing.
